This year, we look forward to welcoming Dr Ben Wright MB BS MRCPsych to the iaptus user conference. Ben is the Lead Clinician at Richmond Wellbeing Service and the Associate Medical Director for Clinical Information for the East London Foundation Trust.
In 2012, Ben became the Lead Clinician for the Richmond Wellbeing Service, where he successfully implemented a service revision that now achieves a 16% access, 96% 6 week wait target and a 60% recovery rate. He considers clinical information to be central to the quality improvement programme that supports progressive service improvement.
In his presentation at this year’s user conference, Ben explains how other services can use the clinical information that they collect to improve access, increase recovery rates and reduce waiting times.
We’re also looking forward to a workshop with Head of Performance, Douglas Hiscock, and Senior CBT Therapist, Clare Bat, from Richmond Wellbeing Service. Their workshop will ask how services can learn from previous experience about engaging with their local community to reach the new 20% access targets.
The full agenda will be released soon, but in the meantime, if you haven’t yet registered for the user conference, please do so. Spaces are filling up fast. Reserve here.
