This year, the iaptus user conference has been split into two parts, the first covering our development roadmap and your priorities for the system, and the second, a selection of workshops and roundtables focussing on the wider issues currently facing IAPT.
We are very excited to have Ursula James, the new Operations, Delivery and Finance Lead for the National IAPT team joining us to present an update on future developments for IAPT, as well as a case study on recovery rate improvements.
Ursula will share the strategies that B&NES Talking Therapies used to improve their recovery rates by almost 20%. The session will also include national data to highlight the shared characteristics of services that achieved above average rates.
