We are very excited to announce a brand new feature called iaptus® innovations.
We’re strong believers that it’s you – our users – who best understand what you need from your IT system. Originally, we created iaptus in partnership with users at East London Foundation Trust, and ever since we’ve been developing the system based on the feedback and suggestions of our customers.
But we are constantly looking for ways to improve. We want to make sure that every single user of iaptus has a way to feed their ideas back to us, so that everyone’s voice is heard and so that everyone has equal say about how the system evolves.
iaptus innovations is a community forum that will allow all iaptus users to put forward their ideas for improvements and new features. Everyone will be able to review and vote on the suggestions. This will make it really easy for us to see which ideas are the most popular, and will help us to prioritise developments in the future.
We will be launching iaptus innovations in the new year, along with a user guide to walk you through how to use it.
We hope you’re as excited about this new development as we are. We’re looking forward to working more closely with each one of you to make iaptus the best clinical system possible.
