This month, we held our first iaptus CYP user group meeting at the Mayden offices in beautiful Bath. The meeting provided an opportunity for our clients to meet one another, share best practices, talk about how they use iaptus CYP, and discuss ideas for changes we can make to the system to better support you.
Our group comprised users from Bolton CAMHS team at Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust, the South West CYP IAPT Learning Collaborative team at Exeter University, Family Psychology Mutual, Off the Record Bristol and the Bristol CAMHS team at Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership. Members of the Mayden team in attendance were Jenny and Gosia from our iaptus CYP product team, Jane and Lindsey from our account management team, and Jen from our data services team.
We found it very valuable to learn more from each of our users about their role, who their service users are, who they report to and how their teams are using iaptus CYP, and were pleased to be able to identify some common reporting needs across all services that will shape the way we develop the system’s dashboard options. We discussed tweaks that could be made to some functions to better suit CYP services, and how outcomes questionnaires can be made more user-friendly for children and young people.
We had some great feedback on the day and plan to hold similar user group meetings every six months, with the next one taking place in early 2019. We’ll keep our iaptus CYP clients posted on our plans. Meanwhile, please join our mailing list to keep in touch.
Thanks so much to all who attended and contributed to the conversation on the day. We look forward to speaking with you again soon.
