The team at Mayden are looking forward to welcoming our lovely customers to the iaptus User Group 2023! This is an in-person event for our adult services and completely free to attend.
Please join us from 9:00am – 5:00pm on Tuesday 11 July at Engine Shed, located right next to Bristol Temple Meads train station.
We have a really exciting day planned with networking opportunities, a variety of workshops, an informative guest speaker from NHSE as well as the chance to meet the Mayden team, give us your feedback and enter fun competitions.

We’re thrilled to be joined by a guest speaker from NHSE who will be joining us in the morning to give you updates on the new digital pathway guidance and assessment criteria work updates.

Understanding your data challenges
Join our Data Science Team in an interactive workshop to help us understand the data challenges that you face. Your views will help us to identify areas for future research and prioritise existing research projects.
Webforms project refinement & feedback session
This interactive workshop provides a forum where you can share valuable feedback on what’s important to you when it comes to upcoming development items relating to Webforms.

Data Science projects and research session
During this session, our Data Science Team will introduce some of the innovative projects that aim to bring cutting edge research into iaptus. The session will include feedback activities, which will give you an opportunity to shape the direction of these projects.
Backlog refinement & feedback session
Join our iaptus product team in an interactive workshop as we break down some of our backlog items and explore your experience of using iaptus.

New service launch
We believe the wealth of rich data collected by NHS Talking Therapy services has the potential to revolutionise the way that care is delivered by services and experienced by patients. In this workshop Analytics Product Owner, Barney Bristow will be sharing more on a brand new service, iaptus insights.
Groups workbook training & Dashboard drop in
Join our Data Services Team and Software Trainer, Heather as they walk you through the most recent workbook in iaptus, Groups. The team will also be sharing a brand new workbook, dashboard tables, as well as sharing a sneak peak of future projects.
