Sharing best practice across IAPT

by Becky - 15th December 2016

At Mayden we work in close contact with more than 90 IAPT services. As a result, we frequently hear of innovative ways of working that individual services are experimenting with to increase efficiency, boost recovery rates and hit wait time targets.

We’re aware that it isn’t always easy for services to stay in close contact with one another, and we want to make it easy for you to share and benefit from one another’s learnings. In the new year, we’ll be focussing on helping you to do this through a series of blogs on your success stories, methods and tips for best practice.

The first post in this series will focus on the achievements of Richmond Wellbeing Service and their methods, as presented by Dr Ben Wright at our user conference. Ben explains how the service uses clinical information to support progressive service quality improvement; Richmond is a typically funded service which has achieved access rates of more than 20% (pro rata), which sees 94% of referrals within 6 weeks, and which has a recovery rate of 55%.

Sign up to receive our enewsletter and ensure you don’t miss out.

If you would like to share your service’s experiences that you think other services might benefit from, please get in touch. We’d love to hear from you.
