Last month, individuals from children and young people’s mental health services across the country came together at an iaptus CYP user group meeting, kindly hosted by the Bolton CAMHS team at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Trust.
Some of those in attendance have been iaptus CYP users for years, while others such as the ADHD Foundation are quite new to the system, and we were thrilled to bring everyone together.
Discussions started with the changes we’re making in iaptus CYP in preparation for the introduction of MHSDS v4.0 and participants shared some useful insights that have helped us to understand how the system can best meet the needs of services going forward.
We also talked about new features recently released to iaptus CYP users including dashboards for CYP services. Our team found it very helpful to hear users’ thoughts on what development should be prioritised once we complete the MHSDS updates.
Thank you to everyone who braved the snowy conditions to join us.
We are using a forum in iaptus innovations to continue these discussions in the coming months. We’re currently inviting your feedback on a proposal to improve reporting on ‘indirect activity’. We hope that you’ll use the forum to add to this and other topics, and put forward other suggestions for developments that you would like to see.
