iaptus enables new service users to refer themselves quickly and easily online. They can refer themselves for support at any time via a short, secure online form, without the need to speak with a referring health professional.

Service users are empowered to choose and book appointments online, at a time that suits their schedule. This dramatically reduces admin for services and has also been proven to reduce missed appointments.

Both parties can enter the video call when they are ready, using the links provided.

We are honoured that our Founding Director, Chris May, was invited to speak at the Bristol Hub for Gambling Harms Research in October. The first ever gambling harms international interdisciplinary colloquium attracted like-minded people from across the world to work towards a common goal: tackling gambling harms. The panel discussed various technologies, and showed that incorporating digital, in all areas of gambling harms, can really make a difference to tackle the problem and support those suffering.
