Insights through dashboards

Understanding the power and potential of your patient data, now and in the future

A huge thank you to all who joined us for the Insights through dashboards event which took place online on Thursday, 5 November. It was a pleasure to host you and we hope you found the event as interesting and as helpful as we did.

We are very pleased to share with you the video presentations and slide decks from the event below.

From iaptus to Tableau Juliette McCormack

Have you ever wondered how the data you enter into iaptus drives our Tableau dashboards? This session describes the process and showcases the workbooks we’ve released in recent months. This session also provides insight into our way of working and how we respond to your feedback and suggestions. Download the slides 7Mb

Share your feedback

At Mayden, we believe the best solutions emerge when we work together. We hope that you will continue to share your thoughts, ideas and feedback around our dashboards and analytics projects. Here are a few of the ways you can do so:

  • Influence the dashboards we develop next by posting your suggestions via iaptus innovations and vote for the suggestions that others have posted. You can also raise a support log in iaptus or talk to us directly.
  • Give us your feedback on the tool to predict patient engagement with a first appointment using the feedback form in the ‘first appointment attendance predictions’ workbook within Patient Insights or email your questions and feedback on the project to alice.davis@mayden.co.uk.
  • Register your interest in our new analytics developments for updates about testing prototypes and details of the new developments we plan to launch. If you haven’t already registered your interest, please email projects@mayden.co.uk.
